With a large open plan lounge dining area, well appointed kitchen and two large bedrooms, both en-suite, the lodge easily caters for a family of six or three couples. An additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms could also be used for larger families with children, giving a maximum occupancy of 8.

The Property is just 3 miles from the popular and scenic harbour town of Fowey and just 12 miles from the main arterial A30 road providing access to both north and south Cornwall. Many of Cornwall's famous sites and attractions are literally minutes away and you can reach most of Cornwall from here in a hour or less, making this the ideal base to explore this wonderful county.

For those wanting to bring the four-legged faithful friends Par sands is on the doorstep which is a wonderful, dog friendly beach all year.
